Nothing on this service, or returned through a linked search tool, is a consumer report. It must not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

4. Third-Party Resources

Government portals, sponsored search tools, and other outside services have their own terms, privacy notices, availability, charges, and data practices. We do not control or accept responsibility for those resources.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that information is complete, correct, or current, or that an outside portal will remain available or return accurate results.

6. Liability Limits

8. Intellectual Property

The original copy, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Republishing whole pages or systematically copying the service's content is not permitted.

9. Revisions to These Terms

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Use of the service after a revision indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Restricting Access

We may block or limit access, without notice, when a user violates these terms or misuses the service.

11. Missouri Governing Law

These terms are governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Missouri's public-records statute is the Open Meetings and Records Law, commonly called the Missouri Sunshine Law, RSMo §§610.010-610.030. Its custodian and response requirements appear in §610.023, and §610.026 addresses copy and research fees. The law does not override vital-record restrictions, court rules, the Driver's Privacy Protection Act, or other laws that close a record.

12. Severability

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
